DESIGN
Whether selecting from our established collection or developing a bespoke profile, we ensure every detail is perfected before the manufacturing process begins.

APPROVAL / PRODUCTION
Once approved, we move into full production, manufacturing repeat batches or project quantities with the same precision as our initial prototype.

MOULD MAKING & MANUFACTURE
Our moulds are prepared with precision, followed by the casting of fibrous plaster. Each piece undergoes quality control checks during this process.
05
PACKING & DELIVERY
Our final step is the careful packing of each profile, ensuring safe delivery to site across the UK for installation.
